Unique opportunity to taste a flight of 3 quality sparkling wines from Catalonia from the Raventós Family
with Martí Pujol, West America Sales Manager.
Since 1497, twenty-one generations have worked this 90-hectare terroir at Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Catalunya.
Nowadays, the family produced outstanding sparkling wines from ancestral local varieties following biodynamic practices & aged for at least 18-months!
They - by choice - started a revolution in Penedès when they decided to leave the DO Cava appellation in 2012 to focus on ancestral methods and outstanding quality winemaking. They were the first to do so, quickly followed by other quality producers!
